| Job Description | A reputed University in Taiwan invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in Sociology. Responsibilities: - Teach a variety of graduate and undergraduate courses in Sociology and multidisciplinary social sciences, with a focus on sociology, technology, and Asian-Pacific studies. - Conduct courses in English and engage students in an interdisciplinary approach to social sciences. - Develop and lead research projects that contribute to the fields of sociology and related disciplines. - Participate in academic service, including mentoring students and contributing to curriculum development. |
| Job Profile | Qualifications and Experience: - Ph.D. in Sociology or a closely related field. - Expertise in multidisciplinary social sciences, ideally with a focus on sociology, technology, and Asian-Pacific studies. - Proven ability to teach at both graduate and undergraduate levels. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience at the college or university level. - Strong command of English for teaching and communication.
