An esteemed hospital in UAE is welcoming applications from experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Consultant in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU).

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert clinical care in neonatal intensive care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of critically ill neonates.

- Demonstrate proficiency in managing complex medical and surgical cases in the NICU setting.

- Cover clinics and participate in on-call duties as required.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior medical staff and trainees.

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.

- Stay updated on advancements in neonatal medicine and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- Board membership or equivalent certification, such as The American Board of Medical Specialties, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, GMC/CCST Specialist Register, Fachartz Specialist Certificate, or Fellowship from the Royal Australia and New Zealand Colleges.

- American Board/CCT/CCST in Neonatal Critical Care/Intensive Care.

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Consultant in NICU in a Tertiary Care Hospital after becoming fully qualified.

- Excellent clinical and technical skills in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) environment.
