A reputed University in Qatar is inviting applications for the positions of Lecturer/ Assistant/ Associate Professor in Law with specialization in one or more of the following areas: General Law, Business Law, Criminal Law, and Private Law.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops in the designated areas of law.

- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of course materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and legal advancements.

- Engage in scholarly research activities, publishing in reputable journals, and staying abreast of emerging legal trends.

- Actively participate in mentoring and advising students, fostering their academic and professional development.

- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment within the College of Law.

- Contribute to the academic community through participation in departmental and university committees, as well as other service activities.

Requirements:

- A Ph.D. in Law or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in higher education.

- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: General Law, Business Law, Criminal Law, and Private Law.

- Demonstrated scholarly contributions, including publications in relevant journals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative academic environment.

- Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching and research.
