One of the reputed University in UAE invites applicants for the Faculty positions in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate and graduate courses in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on the candidate's area of expertise (e.g., Signal Processing, Machine Learning, Wireless Networks, and IoT).

- Maintain an active and impactful research agenda, demonstrated through recent high-quality publications in reputable journals and conferences. Engage in collaborative research initiatives and seek external funding opportunities.

- Contribute to the academic community through active participation in departmental, college, and university committees.

- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse disciplines to promote interdisciplinary initiatives.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to undergraduate and graduate students, fostering their academic and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related major from an accredited, reputable, and internationally recognized institution of higher education.

- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Signal Processing, Machine Learning, Wireless Networks, and IoT.

- Strong record of active engagement in research and scholarship, with recent high-quality publications.

- University teaching experience and a commitment to excellence in teaching, utilizing high-impact educational practices.

- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with faculty from a variety of disciplines.

Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in higher education is expected.
