One of the reputed University in Kuwait requires Assistant / Associate Professor in Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering.

The ideal candidate is an innovative professional who leverages professional trends and technologies to deliver relevant classroom experiences.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in:

1. Controls, Power Systems, Renewable Energy; or

2. Communications, Digital Signal Processing, Electromagnetics; or

3. Cyber-physical Systems, Internet of Things, Robotics, Microcomputers, Advanced Digital Design;

as well as other undergraduate courses in Electrical Circuits, Electronics, and Digital Design.

Also, the candidate will possess the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.

The position carries the expectation for research and school and University service in addition to teaching responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering
• University teaching experience
• Commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship
• Interest and experience working effectively with a diverse university community
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with faculty from a variety of disciplines
• Practical communication skills in English

Experience:

• Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering Industrial: 5 years (Required)
• Teaching: 5 years (Preferred)
