| Job Description | One of the reputed University in Saudi Arabia invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Biochemistry / Organic Chemistry.The position involves teaching undergraduate medical students in Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry, integrating fundamental chemical and biochemical principles with clinical applications. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, laboratory sessions, assessments, curriculum development, student advising, and participating in departmental research, accreditation, and quality assurance activities. Responsibilities:
- Prepare for, attend, and participate in monthly faculty meetings.
- Participate in working groups related to communication skills, clinical reasoning, professionalism and ethics, mentoring, feedback, and evaluation.
- Participate in and facilitate faculty development sessions and periodic academic retreats.
- Carry out academic duties in accordance with institutional policies, procedures, values, and professional standards.
- Maintain high professional standards and contribute positively to the academic environment.

| Job Profile |
Qualifications & Experience:
- PhD in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry.
- Ability to teach across multiple disciplines using technology and active learning methods.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant teaching experience in medical education.
- Good research experience, including publications in international journals and conferences.
- Previous experience teaching in a medical school curriculum is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Familiarity with technology-integrated academic environments.
