 One of the reputed Universities in Qatar invites applicants for the position of Assistant Professor in Electronics and Embedded Systems.

Proven expertise in the area of designing electronic system and developing architecture for embedded systems is required. Willing to teach analog and digital electronics as well. Excellence in research and teaching is essential. 

a) Is expected to be actively involved in developing, coordinating, teaching and evaluating courses in the BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering Programs, and to be actively engaged in innovative trans-disciplinary research.

b) Will be expected to initiate and sustain active research programs, coordinate courses and participate in advising and mentoring students.

Qualification & Experience:

PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and should have demonstrated expertise in the area of Electronics and Embedded Systems and a track record of scholarly activities.

The candidate must have: 

1- Academic experience. 

2- An outstanding record of documented on-going research and publication. 

3- Evidence of research funding.

4- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 

5- Skills for innovative and dynamic teaching in a small class learning environment
