| Job Description | One of the reputed University in Kuwait invites applicants for the position of Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in Internal Medicine. Responsibilities:
• Teaching, mentorship, and guidance of undergraduate (and postgraduate if needed) learners in their academic and professional development.
• Facilitating small group learning sessions (e.g., problembased learning, bed-side teaching, etc.).
• Participating in student assessment activities.
• Conducting discipline-specific research.
• Serving as an advisor or supervisor for learners’ research projects, dissertations, or other scholarly activities.
• Participating in departmental and institutional committees.
• Collaborating with colleagues on educational quality improvement projects and accreditation processes.
• Engaging in service activities that contribute to the department, institution, and the broader community.

| Job Profile | Qualifications and Experience: • A Ph.D. or an equivalent degree (board certificate + fellowship) from a recognized institution. • Previous teaching experience, preferably at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. • Strong research background with a track record of scholarly contributions in the field of specialization. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in the field of specialization. • Preferably, having a qualification in medical education.
