One of the reputed University in Malaysia invites applicants for the position of Lecturer / Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Full Professor in Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality academic instruction by employing effective teaching and learning methodologies, tools, and practices to ensure student engagement and learning outcomes.

- Contribute actively to research activities and maintain a strong record of scholarly publications in relevant academic fields.

- Participate in the design, review, and development of curriculum and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the academic program.

- Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including consultation, mentoring, and guidance in both curriculum and co-curricular activities.

- Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to go the extra mile in delivering quality education and supporting student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBBS or MD (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

• A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Master's or PhD in Internal Medicine, Medical Education, or a clinical specialty).

• Clinical and teaching experience of 3+ years is preferred for Lecturer position.

• 5–10 years of combined teaching, research, and clinical practice for Assistant Professor position.

• 10–15 years in academia, including supervision of postgraduate students and leadership roles for Professor/Associate Professor position.
