Conduct and publish scientific research in the field of specialization. 4. Strengthen the relationship between the university and the community through academic and research activities. 5. Contribute to the development of academic policies and implement academic and research quality assurance standards.

| Job Profile | Qualification and Experience: PhD in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline, with specialization in sustainability, CCUS, or green hydrogen production. At least 5 years of relevant experience and proven excellence in teaching, research and community engagement. a. A strong academic background in chemical engineering fundamentals, particularly in areas relevant to decarbonization, renewable energy, or environmental engineering. b. Demonstrated research experience in CCUS technologies, including CO2 capture, utilization, and storage. c. Green hydrogen production, with expertise in electrolysis technologies, hydrogen storage, or integration with renewable energy systems. d. Sustainability-focused applications in the oil and gas industry, such as carbon footprint reduction, life-cycle assessment, or integration of hydrogen into energy systems. e. Ability to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in chemical engineering, including core topics (e.g., reaction engineering, process design, and thermodynamics) and specialized topics such as CCUS, hydrogen production, or sustainability. f. A commitment to developing new courses or programs addressing global challenges in sustainability, hydrogen economy, and energy transition. g. Experience supervising MSc and PhD students in research related to CCUS, green hydrogen, or sustainability.
