One of the reputed University in Malaysia invites applicants for the position of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor in Psychology.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions; prepare and develop teaching materials.

- Conduct student consultations, invigilation, grading, and assessments.

- Contribute to the design and improvement of academic programs and curriculum.

- Plan and apply effective teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

- Support postgraduate students in their research projects and academic development.

- Maintain high standards of teaching and foster an effective learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master's / PhD in Psychology or a closely related field from a recognized university.

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of teaching experience in relevant subjects.

- Experience working in a higher education setting, with a strong track record in teaching.

- Proficient in using IT and digital tools to support and enhance teaching and learning.
