| Job Description | One of the reputed University in Oman invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Nursing. Responsibilities: - Teach nursing courses to undergraduate and graduate students, with a focus on Oncology Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, Women’s Health, and Maternity Nursing. - Create and deliver clear, engaging lessons and clinical experiences in these specialty areas. - Provide supervision and guidance to students during clinical experiences to enhance their practical skills and confidence. - Assist in reviewing and improving the nursing curriculum, especially in the mentioned specialty areas. - Provide academic and career support to students throughout their nursing education. |
| Job Profile | Qualifications and Experience: - PhD in Nursing from a recognized university. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in a higher education setting following the completion of a PhD. - Strong mentorship skills with experience guiding students through academic and clinical challenges. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students and faculty.
