One of the reputed University in Oman invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Microbiology.

Responsibilities:

- Teach and deliver courses in Microbiology, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical laboratory skills.

- Utilize diverse academic delivery methods and tools to ensure effective teaching and learning outcomes.

- Conduct research in relevant areas of Microbiology and contribute to scholarly publications.

- Develop and continuously improve curriculum and innovative teaching methodologies for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

- Demonstrate a passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Medical Microbiology or its equivalent from an accredited institution.

- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of teaching and research experience in a recognized academic institution.

- Able to provide student consultation, pastoral care, and guidance in both curriculum and co-curricular activities.
