One of the reputed University in Oman invites applicants for the position of Assistant Professor in Pathology.

Responsibilities:

- Teach academic courses in pathology and related subjects, ensuring alignment with quality standards.

- Provide academic advising to students, supporting their academic achievements and career planning.

- Participate in departmental and college meetings, contributing effectively to academic discussions and decision-making processes.

- Conduct scientific research in the field of pathology and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of academic policies, as well as uphold academic and research quality assurance standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Ph.D. in Pathology with specialization in one or more of the following areas Anatomical Pathology, Molecular Pathology or Cytopathology.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in pathology or closely related subjects at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

- Experience in supervising research projects and theses.

- Proficiency in using information technology effectively for academic and research purposes.
