| Job Description | One of the reputed University in the UAE invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in Psychiatry. Responsibilities: - Teach and assess students at various levels, focusing on psychiatric theory, clinical practice, and behavioural sciences. - Coordinate the clinical training of medical students, ensuring high standards in psychiatric assessments, therapeutic interventions, and case management. - Guide students in clinical services, contributing to patient care and community mental health. - Develop and manage research projects in mental health and neurosciences. - Publish research findings in high-impact journals, advancing psychiatric knowledge and contributing to the growth and development of the department. |
| Job Profile | Qualifications and Experience: - MBBS with MD or equivalent postgraduate qualification in "Psychiatry" from a recognized university. - Minimum of 3 - 5 years of teaching experience in Psychiatry, with a strong commitment to teaching. - Knowledge in areas such as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, General Adult Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, or Neuropsychiatry is desirable. - Strong track record in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, curriculum development, and student mentorship.
