One of the reputed University in Oman invites applicants for the position of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management.

Responsibilities:

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Management, Business Administration, Strategy, and Innovation Management.

- Design, prepare, and assess student assignments and examinations.

- Collaborate with academic and support staff on matters such as timetabling, student support, and technical resources.

- Develop relationships with industry partners and professional organisations to enhance the student learning experience.

- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of course content and teaching materials.

- Provide academic guidance and support to help students achieve their learning goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master's / PhD in Strategic Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in Higher Education, with a focus on modules such as Management, Business Administration, Strategy, Innovation Management, and Human Resource Management.

- Ability to communicate complex and conceptual ideas clearly and effectively to individuals with varying levels of knowledge and understanding.

- Strong critical thinking skills, with ability to encourage innovation and creativity in teaching and learning.

- Experience in designing and delivering engaging course content, assessments, and student support activities.
