One of the reputed University in the UAE invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Business Law.

Responsibilities:

- Instruct undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Law, ensuring high-quality and engaging delivery.

- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive course syllabi in alignment with department standards and learning objectives.

- Maintain accurate and confidential student records; evaluate performance and submit grades in a timely manner.

- Advise and mentor students, with a particular focus on those at academic risk, providing guidance on academic progress and career planning.

- Recommend and incorporate appropriate learning resources, materials, and technologies to support diverse student needs.

- Contribute to the development of new courses and academic programs in response to emerging trends and institutional goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Ph.D. in Law with a specialization in Business Law or a closely related field from an accredited university.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate level.

- Proven track record of research publications in reputable, peer-reviewed, and highly ranked academic journals.

- Ability to engage in teaching, scholarly research, curriculum development, and other activities.

- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
