| Job Description | One of the reputed University in Oman invites applicants for the position of Associate / Full Professor in Law. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and teach courses across various academic levels, ensuring that content, delivery methods, and materials align with defined learning outcomes. - Create and continually enhance teaching materials, methods, and approaches to improve course delivery and student engagement. - Implement effective teaching, learning support, and assessment strategies to facilitate knowledge transfer. - Identify students' learning needs and design appropriate objectives to develop their skills. - Review and refine teaching and learning strategies to promote active learning, critical thinking and problem-based learning. |
| Job Profile | Qualifications and Experience: - Ph.D. in Law, with a focus in any of the following fields: Civil Law, Public Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, or Private Law. - Minimum of 5 - 10 years of teaching experience at the college or university level, with a proven ability to develop academic programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills. - In-depth knowledge of current trends and developments in the relevant field of law.
