One of the reputed University in Kuwait invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in Accounting.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver undergraduate courses in accounting, including areas such as Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation.

- Develop course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools in line with curriculum guidelines.

- Utilize innovative and technology-enhanced teaching methods to foster an engaging learning environment.

- Continuously update course content to reflect current industry practices.

- Provide academic support and mentorship to students, contributing to their professional and academic growth.

- Conduct research in the field of accounting and contribute to academic publications.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience at the university level, with a focus on accounting and finance, including expertise in delivering interactive courses using technology.

- Proven track record of research productivity with publications in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals.

- Ability to effectively integrate technology into the curriculum and classroom activities to enhance student learning.
