| Job Description | One of the reputed University in Oman invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Civil Engineering. Responsibilities: - Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering, Foundation Engineering, Earth Retaining Structures, Earthquake Engineering, and Bridge Engineering, etc. - Develop and maintain clear and consistent course materials and curricula. - Create and use assessments to improve student performance. - Advise students on their academic and career goals. - Work with faculty and staff to create new programs and initiatives. |
| Job Profile | Qualifications and Experience: - Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering or a closely related field from a recognized university. - Minimum of 3 - 5 years of teaching experience with a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and research. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities.
