One of the reputed University in Oman invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Human Resource Management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver lectures, course materials, and assessments for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Human Resource Management.

- Supervise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students, including overseeing research projects and theses.

- Engage in academic and curriculum development to enhance program quality and relevance.

- Perform innovative academic and institutional tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management or a closely related field from a reputed university.

- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in business-related courses.

- Experience in supervising and mentoring doctoral students.

- Experience in managing a teaching program, including syllabus development, exam preparation, and grading.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
