One of the reputed University in the UAE invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical / Geo-environmental engineering. 

Responsibilities:

- Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Civil Engineering with a focus on geotechnical and geo-environmental engineering.

- Demonstrate effective teaching strategies and foster a positive learning environment for students.

- Develop and lead independent research projects in Civil Engineering, with a focus on advancing knowledge in the field.

- Contribute to scholarly activities, including publishing in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and students, promoting a collegial and cooperative academic environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Geotechnical / Geo-environmental engineering, from a reputable international university.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in Civil Engineering.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and teaching both undergraduate and graduate-level courses, emphasizing practical, real-world applications in the field.

- Industrial experience is a plus.
