One of the reputed University in the UAE invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Dentistry with a focus on Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, Endodontics.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver courses in specified areas of Dentistry, ensuring students gain in-depth knowledge and skills.

- Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic success.

- Organize and manage instructional resources, course outlines.

- Inspire and motivate students and colleagues, encouraging personal growth and professional success.

- Continuously seek innovative methods and resources to enhance course and lesson effectiveness.

- Maintain supportive relationships with students to promote a conducive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

- MDS / PhD in Dentistry with a focus on Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, Endodontics or related field from a reputable university.

- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of teaching experience in dentistry programs.

- Outstanding research and publication record in top-tier journals.

- Proven experience in supervising student projects, theses, and dissertations.
