One of the reputed University in Kuwait invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and develop detailed descriptions and summaries of courses included in the curriculum.

- Design and create assessments to evaluate and improve student performance.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student data, including grades and attendance.

- Supervise and guide student projects, ensuring they meet academic standards.

- Participate in the design, coordination, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of course syllabi to align with desired learning outcomes.

- Teach and execute the course syllabus, ensuring students are equipped to achieve academic success.

- Serve as an academic advisor for courses, providing regular follow-up and support to monitor students' progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in university-level teaching and research in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

- Commitment to fostering a student-centered learning environment with a focus on practical applications of Mechanical Engineering principles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
