An esteemed Hospital in Oman invites applications from experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Staff Nurse.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver patient care within the assigned department, prioritizing patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, following physician instructions.

- Monitor patient vital signs and conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team.

- Assist with patient assessments, admissions, and discharges, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the care process.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, in compliance with medical standards.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care to patients.

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-care instructions.

- Follow hospital policies, protocols, and safety procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient healthcare environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited university.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing department.

- Must possess a valid nursing license.

- Empathetic and patient-focused care, consistently prioritizing the well-being and comfort of patients.
