One of the reputed University in the UAE invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in Sociology.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver sociology courses, ensuring effective and engaging instruction for students.

- Evaluate and monitor individual student progress, providing timely feedback to support student success.

- Research, organize, and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks to enhance learning outcomes.

- Continuously seek and implement methods, procedures, and resources that best align with course objectives.

- Guide, advise, and mentor students, offering academic support and guidance throughout their academic journey.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Ph.D. in Sociology or a related field from a reputable university.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in an academic institution.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information both orally and in writing.

- Proficient in developing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.

- Ability to integrate industry insights into curriculum development and classroom instruction to enhance learning relevance.
