One of the reputed University in Malaysia invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in Business Management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee instructional activities across various courses and related subjects within the specialization.

- Provide guidance and suggestions on modern and effective teaching methods and techniques to enhance learning outcomes.

- Collaborate in the design and execution of a high-quality curriculum that meets both academic and industry benchmarks.

- Ensure course materials and content are in compliance with academic guidelines.

- Track and support student progress, ensuring the timely submission of assignments, assessments, and case studies, while upholding academic standards.

- Ensuring the reliability and fairness of assessments and evaluation procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources, Marketing, Logistics, Event Management, or any related field from a reputable university.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in the relevant specialization.

- Extensive experience in teaching and research, with a strong record of scholarly publications and contributions to the field.

- Strong Leadership and management skills.
