One of the reputed University in Oman invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in Business Management.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of a comprehensive and effective curriculum, ensuring continuous evaluation and enrichment to meet educational goals.

- Monitor and assess module delivery, focusing on content, structure, and delivery methods to enhance student knowledge and employability in industry settings.

- Stay updated on the latest teaching technologies and innovations, incorporating them into lessons to foster student interest, engagement, and enthusiasm.

- Deliver clear, simplified, and effective lessons, ensuring successful knowledge transfer to students.

- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job role, contributing to the overall success of the educational program.

Job Profile

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Business Management with a focus on HRM from a reputed university.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience at university level.

- Demonstrated experience or strong potential in both research and teaching.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
