One of the reputed University in Qatar invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Software Engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Play a key role in the design, development, and planning of courses and programs within the subject area, as required.

- Actively participate in the review of courses and programs, including involvement in assessment, quality assurance, and quality enhancement initiatives.

- Develop and implement innovative approaches to learning and teaching, adapting methods to meet student needs.

- Provide timely and constructive feedback on coursework and examinations to support student learning and development.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of school and faculty policies and practices related to teaching and learning.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Ph.D. in Software Engineering or related field from an accredited university. 

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of teaching experience after the terminal degree with good research experience, including publications in Journals and Conferences.

- Experience working effectively with a diverse student population.

- Commitment to excellence in teaching, including the use of high-impact educational practices.
