One of the reputed University in Kuwait invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Architectural Engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate level, ensuring effective academic guidance and support.

- Develop, update, and deliver course materials and lectures, maintaining subject expertise and fostering an engaging learning environment.

- Design and administer class activities, quizzes, assessments, and exams to monitor and evaluate student progress.

- Actively participate in college and departmental initiatives, contributing to a collaborative environment with leadership, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

- Supervise, mentor, and guide students in their academic journey, providing support in course-related activities and research projects to foster student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Architectural Engineering or a related field from a reputed university.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in an academic setting.

- Industry experience is considered an additional advantage for this position.

- Extensive teaching experience and research interest in areas such as Architectural Engineering, Building Envelope, Building Energy, Building Performance, Building Control and Lighting, and Indoor Building Environment.
