An esteemed Hospital in the UAE invites applications from experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Staff Nurse.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, and evaluation.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

- Administer pre- and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery processes.

- Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with hospital policies and regulations.

- Manage medication and supply inventories, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent with valid nursing license.

- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in nursing.

- In-depth knowledge of critical care nursing practices, procedures, and standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

- Demonstrated ability to handle emergency and high-pressure situations with professionalism and competence.
