| Job Description | One of the reputed University in Qatar invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Chemistry. Responsibilities: - Teach theory and laboratory courses in Analytical and General Chemistry, ensuring a learner-centric approach to instruction and incorporating advanced teaching technologies. - Assist in the development and enhancement of new curricula and research areas to meet the evolving needs of the department and institution. - Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Department to support departmental objectives. - Demonstrate experience in implementing student-centered pedagogies and utilizing innovative teaching tools and technologies. |
| Job Profile | Qualifications and Experience: - Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry or related field from a recognized university. - Minimum of 3 – 5 years of teaching experience in both theory and laboratory classes for 3 years after the PhD. - Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team-based initiatives within the department. - Show a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment by working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
