One of the reputed University in Malaysia invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in General Surgery.

Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate expertise in academic delivery methods, employing innovative teaching strategies and educational technologies to enhance student learning outcomes.

- Design, review, and update course curricula to reflect advancements in medical practices and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.

- Contribute to the academic community through research, publications, and participation in professional conferences in the field of surgery.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to students in clinical settings, fostering their professional growth and skills development.

- Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve department initiatives, promote interdisciplinary learning, and support the overall goals of the institution.

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBBS with MS/MD or equivalent postgraduate qualification in General Surgery from an accredited university.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience at the college or university level.

- Doctors who are retired and aged between 60 and 65 are also eligible for academic positions.

- Ability to work in a diverse, interdisciplinary, and fast-paced environment is essential.
