One of the reputed University in Kuwait invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in Chemistry.

Responsibilities:

- Exhibit excellence in teaching by effectively delivering courses related to your specific area of expertise, ensuring high-quality instruction that fosters student learning and engagement.

- Take a leadership role in undergraduate teaching, mentoring students both academically and professionally, helping them to navigate their educational journey and achieve their goals.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of curriculum, ensuring it aligns with current trends, industry needs, and academic standards.

- Participate actively in program assessment, evaluating the effectiveness of the curriculum, teaching methods, and student outcomes to support continuous improvement.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Chemistry or a closely related discipline, with expertise in advanced concepts.

- Minimum 3 – 5 years of teaching experience with a commitment to excellence in teaching.

- Experience with various instructional modalities, including classroom, hybrid, and online learning, and familiarity with relevant instructional technology and learning management systems.

- Proven ability to work effectively within a diverse university community.

- Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work with faculty from various disciplines.
