An esteemed Hospital in Kuwait invites applications from experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Orthopedics Consultant.

Responsibilities:

- Examine patients, diagnose conditions, and determine surgical needs.

- Plan and perform surgical procedures following ethical and regulatory guidelines.

- Evaluate patient risks, obtain informed consent, and ensure compliance with all protocols.

- Oversee preoperative and postoperative care, including prescribing treatments and managing complications.

- Maintain sterility in the operating room and manage all surgical equipment.

- Provide on-call service and coordinate follow-up visits to monitor patient recovery.

- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBBS with MS / MD in Orthopedics or any equivalent postgraduate qualification in Orthopedics.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Orthopedics, with demonstrated expertise at the Consultant level.

- Proven ability to perform orthopedic surgical procedures with a high degree of skill and precision.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in patient care, team leadership, and mentoring medical staff.
