One of the reputed University in the UAE invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Management Information System.

Responsibilities:

- Teach courses in Management Information Systems (MIS), with a focus on areas such as data analytics, data visualization, business intelligence and digital security.

- Develop and update curriculum to reflect the latest industry trends and academic standards, incorporating new technologies and techniques.

- Perform and publish innovative research in top-tier journals, advancing the field of MIS.

- Foster relationships with industry professionals to facilitate internships, projects, and research opportunities for students.

- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advances in the field.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field from an accredited university.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience at the university or college level.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and collaboration.

- Ability to supervise undergraduate and/or postgraduate students for final year/research projects.

- Blend of academic and professional experience is advantageous.
