| Job Description | An esteemed Hospital in Saudi Arabia invites applications from experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Staff Nurse. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive patient care in accordance with core standards and evidence-based practices. - Take accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and discharge planning. - Collaborate with Case Management to reduce patient length of stay and waiting times. - Document all relevant information accurately and promptly. - Report equipment failures, safety issues, and supply inventory concerns to the Head Nurse or designee. - Promote a safe care environment by identifying risks and adhering to safety policies. - Participate in orientation and mentorship for new staff and nursing students, contributing to their professional development. |
