One of the reputed University in Qatar invites applicants for the position of Lecturer / Assistant Professor in Mathematics.

Responsibilities:

- Teach all math courses, utilizing appropriate technologies as needed.

- Advise and support students, participating in course and program development and professional development activities.

- Perform unit, college, and community service duties, as assigned by the Head.

- Maintain accurate student records and submit reports and forms within required timelines.

- Plan lessons and assignments in alignment with college and departmental quality standards.

- Design assessments to evaluate student progress and grade assignments, tests, and other work according to the course syllabus and departmental guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master's / PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of teaching experience in teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate level, with a commitment to excellence in education.

- Ability to convey complex mathematical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
